About Creator Income Calculator

Creator Income Calculator is a free tool that helps creators answer one question before they invest months into a channel: “In my niche, my country, at my audience size — how much can I actually earn?”

Who runs NicheRPM

NicheRPM is a one-person project — built, maintained and funded by a single independent operator, not a company or a team. I follow YouTube and TikTok monetization patterns, set the baseline rates and country factors from public sources, and refresh those inputs as new benchmarks appear. The methodology page spells out the model in full, including the fact that individual niche/country figures are computed from those inputs rather than researched one by one.

We are independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or paid by YouTube, TikTok, Google, Meta, any advertiser, any MCN, or any creator tooling vendor. The site is free to use and monetized only through standard display advertising (see our Privacy Policy for the ad providers we work with). No creator, agency, or brand can pay to change the numbers on this site.

What we are not. We are not financial advisors. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice — everything is directional creator-economy benchmarking. If you are making a consequential decision (quitting a job, taking a loan, signing a contract), consult a qualified professional alongside the estimates here.

Why we built it

Most earnings tools are either too generic to be useful or ignore the two factors that move creator income the most: niche and audience country. We built calculators that break earnings down by both — across 30+ niches and 50+ countries — so the estimate reflects your actual situation, not a global average.

A single YouTube view can be worth 100× more or less depending on those two variables, and yet most online calculators treat them as afterthoughts, quoting one RPM figure for every channel on Earth. Our goal is the opposite: to expose the variance honestly, with ranges rather than false-precision single numbers, so a creator planning around the results has a realistic band to work with instead of a magic number.

Who it's for

Aspiring and established YouTube and TikTok creators, and anyone deciding which niche or market to focus on. Whether you have 1,000 followers or a million, the calculators give you a realistic range to plan around.

Three use cases the tool is built around: new creators choosing between niches or deciding whether their idea can support them financially; established creators sizing up brand-deal offers and sponsorship negotiations; and agencies and consultants who need a quick starting estimate when advising clients. The tool is free for all of these — no signup, no rate limits.

Our approach to accuracy

We show honest ranges, not false precision, and we explain exactly how the numbers are produced on our methodology page. These are modeled estimates built on industry benchmarks and public creator income reports — a starting point, not a promise.

We consciously avoid the trap of quoting a single “$3.42 per 1,000 views” type figure — that would be more precise than the underlying data supports. Instead we anchor each niche to a defensible baseline, adjust it by an audience-country factor that reflects advertiser demand and purchasing power, and expose the result as a low–high range. When platforms publish new payout data or the community reports significant rate shifts, we refresh the underlying dataset.

Privacy

Everything runs in your browser. There is no signup, no account, and we don't store or transmit anything you type into the calculators. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics only to understand overall traffic.

This is a deliberate design choice, not an afterthought. We believe creators asking sensitive questions about their income — audience size, revenue projections, brand-deal rates — should not have that information hitting anyone else's servers. Because the app is fully static and the calculations are pure JavaScript running client-side, there is literally no back end for your inputs to reach.
